We are open Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm, closed Sundays. We carry greeting cards, candy, gifts, clothing, vitamins, over the counter medications, and most items expected of a traditional community pharmacy. We also have a very popular lunch counter and soda fountain.

The Pharmacy Technician would:

  • Assist the pharmacist with serving the customers prescription and healthcare needs.
  • Computer entry and search of patient profiles for prescription and insurance processing. Proficient use of Pharmacy Operating System.
  • Process, retrieve and place medication into containers as required.
  • Keep pharmacy dept. clean and in order.
  • Process transactions at the Point-of-Sale registers including a busy drive thru window..
  • Maintain inventory management.
  • Answer telephones in a professional, caring, helpful manner.
  • Present yourself as professional and courteous.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all HIPAA laws and state laws regarding the dispensing of prescription medications.
  • Assist our customers in any way possible.


Paid holidays (6) annually. (based on weekly hours worked)

  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift items or boxes of up to 25lbs from the floor to a counter level, go up and down a set of stairs occasionally.
  • Adhere to varied work schedule which would include occasional weekends and/or evenings.

Min. 2 to 3 years retail pharmacy experience

Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy and must be certified by PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) – both required. High School Diploma
